Standards of Conduct for Voice Training Services | Brisbane & Online

Make Loud Noise operates under the Live Performance Australia Code of Practice. All clients are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully when engaging with Studio services.

1. Industry Standards

Make Loud Noise adheres to the Live Performance Australia Code of Practice, the Australian Live Performance Industry Code of Practice, and with the Director as an APRA AMCOS member, the APRA AMCOS Code of Conduct. These codes establish minimum standards for professional conduct, safety, ethical behaviour, and anti-discrimination in the performing arts and music industry.

By engaging with Make Loud Noise services, you agree to comply with these industry standards.

2. Intellectual Property & Training Limitations

Working with Make Loud Noise does not grant you the right to teach, reproduce, or commercially exploit any proprietary methodologies, techniques, or materials developed by Anita Marie Martin. All training remains the intellectual property of Make Loud Noise.

Lesson recordings, exercises, and teaching materials are provided for your personal development only and may not be shared, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without explicit written consent.

3. Website & Service Protection

All content on the Make Loud Noise website, including text, images, branding, and service descriptions and names, are protected by copyright and intellectual property law.

Copying, reproducing, or using Make Loud Noise website content, service descriptions, methodologies, or branding without explicit written permission is prohibited and constitutes a violation of this Policy and Australian copyright law.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Copying website text or service descriptions for use on other websites or marketing materials

  • Reproducing teaching methodologies or frameworks

  • Using Make Loud Noise branding, terminology, or intellectual property

Violations will result in immediate legal action.

4. Content Standards

While Make Loud Noise welcomes diverse artistic expression, we do not tolerate:

  • Hate speech or discriminatory content in music or lyrics

  • Illegal incitement to violence

  • Content that violates Australian law or the laws of the jurisdiction where services are provided

Make Loud Noise reserves the right to refuse service to any client whose content or conduct violates these standards.

5. Investigation & Enforcement

Make Loud Noise reserves the right to:

  • Monitor and investigate potential violations of this Policy

  • Suspend or terminate services immediately for violations, without refund

  • Refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason

Clients found to be in violation of this Policy will be notified where possible, but immediate action may be taken when necessary to protect the safety of the Director, other clients, or the integrity of services.

6. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Make Loud Noise and Anita Marie Martin from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your breach of this Acceptable Use Policy

  • Your violation of any third-party rights

  • Your use of Make Loud Noise services

  • Any content you create, share, or distribute in connection with services received

7. Breach of Acceptable Use

Violation of the Acceptable Use Policy, including but not limited to harassment, threatening behavior, or conduct deemed unsafe or inappropriate, will result in immediate service termination without refund.

Make Loud Noise reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason.

8. Policy Updates

Make Loud Noise reserves the right to update and modify this Policy at any time. Clients are responsible for regularly reviewing this Policy for compliance.
