Make Loud Noise by Anita Marie Martin | Accessibility Statement

Digital & Physical Accessibility for Voice Training Services | Brisbane & Online

Make Loud Noise is committed to providing accessible voice training services for people of all abilities. We are continually working to improve accessibility in both our digital platforms and physical studio space.

Last updated: 10th February 2026

1. Digital Accessibility

The Make Loud Noise website follows Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) standards to ensure usability for people with disabilities. We have implemented:

  • Readable font sizes (minimum 18px body text)

  • High contrast text for readability

  • Clear heading structure for screen readers

  • Accessible navigation

  • Alt text for images where applicable

Digital accessibility is an ongoing effort and we continue to incorporate accessibility improvements into our website and online services.

2. Physical Studio Accessibility

Location: The Studio is located on the ground floor at Red Star Studios, Brisbane.

Wheelchair Access: The Studio is not wheelchair or wheelie walker accessible due to access limitations. We apologise for this limitation and offer online sessions as an accessible alternative.

Studio Environment: The Studio is equipped with anatomical charts, drawings, figures, and objects of curiosity that some people may perceive as having themes related to anatomy, biology, or the macabre. At Make Loud Noise, we embrace the reality that singing involves understanding your organic instrument. If you have concerns about the studio environment, please book online sessions.

Mirrors: The Studio contains large mirrors for postural awareness and technique observation. If this presents accessibility concerns, please contact us to discuss alternatives.

3. Inclusive Studio Policy

Make Loud Noise is a trans and non-binary friendly studio. All students are welcomed and respected regardless of gender identity or expression.

4. Support Requirements

Make Loud Noise provides voice training services and is not equipped to provide care or support services beyond vocal instruction.

Clients who require assistance to follow instructions, manage personal care needs, or require support due to intellectual, developmental, or physical disabilities must have their carer or support person present for the duration of all sessions.

The carer/support person is responsible for assisting the client with non-vocal instruction needs. This requirement ensures the safety and wellbeing of all clients and allows the Director to focus on delivering specialised voice training.

If you are unsure whether this applies to your situation, please contact us prior to booking to discuss appropriate arrangements.

5. Feedback

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of Make Loud Noise services. Please let us know if you encounter accessibility barriers by contacting us at: accessibility@makeloudnoise.com

We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within 5 business days.
